The postnatal classes focus on you and how you're doing, giving you a chance to reflect on and discuss your transition to parenthood in a relaxed, non judgemental space.
The postnatal course takes place at Maltmans Green School in Gerrards Cross - Gemma will send you more details in your pre course email.
The group postnatal course on it's own is £80 but you can also book a 2 hour postnatal support session with Gemma at your home when booking the postnatal course which is £145. Select which option you want below!

February/March 2024: 6th February, 13th February, 27th February, 5th March, 12th March - Tuesday mornings from 10am until 11.30am
