What does the 1:1 refreshers course cover?
It gives us a chance to debrief your previous birth experience, discuss your birth preferences for this time around in a very personalised way and also discuss adding another child to your family. We can cover hypnobirthing techniques if this would be helpful and we often discuss a personalised postnatal plan for this time around! Plus you get my ongoing support via WhatsApp.

3 - 4 hour 1-1 refreshers course: £195
Book your 1:1 course with a £100 deposit below and pay the rest in installments or nearer the time.
You also get priority booking for postnatal refreshers courses (like my group antenatal course clients) which are great for meeting local mum friends at the same stage as you.
