“We attended Sophie’s antenatal classes in Hadleigh in October 2023. I don’t know what we would have done if we had not met Sophie and received the help that we did! She is amazing. We received an abundance of information on all things antenatal and postnatal, delivered with compassion, sensitively and with much enthusiasm, which is just what we needed as first time parents who didn’t have a clue! We always looked forward to going to these sessions every week. Sophie was able to answer every question we had (and did I have a LOT of questions!). We came away from the course feeling informed, knowledgeable for what was to come and empowered, knowing that whatever happened before/during labour and delivery, that we had a choice.
I also attended Sophie’s postnatal course which has been a real lifeline for me. Each session has been incredibly helpful to me navigating life as a first time mum. The sessions included talks on baby wearing, postnatal recovery, nutrition as well as baby sleep and feeding. I’ve been able to take something away from every session which has really helped me with the many parenting responsibilities!
