“The postnatal sessions have been a real lifeline for me as a first time mum navigating these first few months looking after a baby. Sophie has put so much thought, care and attention to these sessions which have proved incredibly useful to me. I feel so grateful to have met Sophie and to have shared this experience which a great group of women, where we can share our parenthood journey together and help one another”
“We absolutely loved the course and really looked forward to it every week. It was a safe and non-jidgemental environment to chat through anything and everything. Thank you Sophie”
“This course has been amazing, it has got me out the house which has helped me mentally and also been with an amazing group of mothers, we will all definitely stay in touch which is really lovely, was also lovely that all our babies are a similar age so we’re all going through similar things at the same time. I’ve really enjoyed the course and all the no help and information given has been amazing and so helpful for a first time mum, thank you so much for all the time put into organising this course, postnatal life is so tricky and is so often forgotten about”
