1:1 with Sophie at HQ (hourly slots)
This is an option for a 1:1 session with Sophie for an hour at HQ in Wendover. Limited slots are available for this and you can select a date and time slot below. I also offer home visits however these are scheduled separately, email me for more info.
What we can cover:
Feeding support - personalised advice on breastfeeding or expressing/bottle feeding with answers to any questions you need help with, whether this is about feeding a newborn or weaning a toddler
Support with slings - whether this is your own sling or if you want some time to look at babywearing options and practice them together to make sure you’re feeling confident
Birth options chat - to go over whatever you need to. For example: c section prep, feeding prep, help going over birth preferences, planning for birth when things are more complex (e.g. GDM/induction of labour/twins)
Discussing your birth experience and what happened - I can help answer any questions
£90 for 1 session
£165 for 2 sessions (slots have to be booked back to back - please contact me so I can do this for you!)
